While you and your loved one will be more than pleased with our care, we would like to remind you of some key safety facts, paramount to a successful rehabilitation. Physical rehabilitation experts warn that seniors are at high risk of dehydration and/or malnutrition because of cognitive deficits or physical limitation. Clients should be screened for these risks. Dehydration often leads to metabolism or kidney problems that may impact a client’s physical rehabilitation program. Often after a life-changing surgery, senior patients are also at higher risk of depression. Moreover, after a hospital stay in unfamiliar surroundings, clients are also at a higher risk of delirium. Delirium is often confused with dementia and hospitals and inpatient facilities often diagnose them as such.

We offer skilled nursing, medication management, care management, memory training, recreational activities and meal preparation to ensure the well-being of your loved one.
