Carolina Alcantara, PT, PT, Fort Lauderdale Clinic Director

Carolina Alcantara is originally from Brazil. She graduated in 2002 in the University of Taubate, Sao Paulo state, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Carolina worked over five years, before coming to the US, where she is acknowledged with Master degree in Physical Therapy by FCCPT (Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy). She dedicated all these years treating and caring about elderly patients. By furthering her education, she has expanded her knowledge in physical rehabilitation and the prevention of falls and injuries. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Over the years, she has studied many different techniques focusing in the healing power of massage in addition to the rehabilitation techniques. Carolina is very passionate about her profession and she willing to assist who ever needs rehabilitation services.
